Emily Myrum

Chief Talent Officer

Emily resides in Grand Forks, North Dakota, with her husband Luke and children – Aubrey and Blake. The family enjoys going on road trips, supporting University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks athletics, and spending time at the lake. In her free time, Emily likes to read, play piano, listen to music, and support girls in her community by serving as a mentor for BIO Girls, a preventative mental wellness program; with the mission of improving the self-esteem of adolescent girls.

After serving as an intern for Altru Health System, Emily was hired as a Human Resources specialist. In 2015, she joined the Brady Martz team as Director of Human Resources and now serves as Chief Talent Officer.

Emily was inspired to pursue a career in Human Resources after being encouraged and supported to do so by her college professors. She appreciates that they spent extra time with her to guide her along this career path.
